HP Associates was formed in 1988 by Bruce Parton and S.D. Huffacker AIA, and later incorporated in 1997. In the early years we did commercial projects for big names like Costco, Blue Cross, Coldwell Banker, Manhattan Bagel, ITT, Winchell’s, Wells Fargo, Paramount Pictures and more. Huffacker eventually retired, and Charles V. Riccardi Jr. joined HP Associates in 2003. Charles coming on board led to an ambitious shift in the company focus, and we started to specialize in the restoration of fire, water & other types of property damage for residential, commercial & industrial property owners.
Since 2011 we have been steadily growing within Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino & San Diego Counties.
We are licensed by the Contractors State License Board in the state of California as both a Class A (General Engineering) and Class B (General Building) contractor. We carry both general liability and workers compensation insurance as required by law, and are accredited with the Better Business Bureau.
